Scotch Whisky Heritage Centre

For the Scotch Whisky Heritage centre we managed the redesign and build management of the existing shop, entrance vennel and café/bar on the Royal Mile in Edinburgh. The premises remained open throughout the build with minimum disruption to business and the completed shop saw a significant increase in customer footfall and spend per head.
