Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team we developed interior concepts for an extensive exhibition space, restaurant and shop at the new John Hope Gateway building at the Royal Botanic Garden in Edinburgh.

The John Hope Gateway will offer visitors a facility where they can discover the world of plants and the scientific work of the Botanics through a unique set of interactive experiences and activities. With the involvement of partners in science and conservation, The Gateway will also provide a unique window on biodiversity in Scotland. A Biodiversity Garden will provide habitats for a variety of wildlife.

The project was awarded £6million funding in April 2006
